A quick and easy berry and cream board perfect for celebrating friendship with fresh berries, whipped cream, and honey drizzle. Ideal for Galentine’s Day, potlucks, or a sweet treat for all ages.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and halved if large
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, washed and drained
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, gently rinsed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey, for drizzling
  • A small handful fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional: dark chocolate shavings or small biscotti for extra indulgence

Instructions

  1. Rinse all berries gently under cold water. Pat dry with paper towels to avoid sogginess. Hull and halve the strawberries if they’re large. Set aside.
  2. Place your mixing bowl and whisk attachment or hand whisk in the fridge for 10 minutes before whipping the cream.
  3. Pour 1 cup of heavy whipping cream into your chilled bowl. Add 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Beat on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.
  4. Spread the whipped cream gently on your serving board or platter using a spatula.
  5. Artfully arrange the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries around and on top of the cream.
  6. Lightly drizzle 2 tablespoons of honey over the berries and cream.
  7. Scatter fresh mint leaves over the top for garnish. Optionally, sprinkle with dark chocolate shavings or place biscotti on the side.
  8. Serve immediately or cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Use chilled equipment for best whipped cream results. Pat berries dry thoroughly to avoid sogginess. Assemble close to serving time for freshness. Optional dairy-free swap: use whipped coconut cream. Avoid over-whipping cream to prevent graininess.
