  • ½ cup sour cream (120ml)
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce (120ml)
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles (75g)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (115g)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional garnishes: sliced green onions, extra blue cheese crumbles, chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo wing sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in shredded cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, and blue cheese crumbles gently to keep some crumbles intact.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly with a golden surface.
  6. Optional: Broil on low for 2 minutes to achieve a golden, crispy cheese crust, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  7. Let the dip cool for 5 minutes to thicken slightly before serving.
  8. Garnish with extra blue cheese crumbles, sliced green onions, or fresh parsley. Serve warm with celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crusty bread.
