Growing up in small-town Ohio, I spent every Thanksgiving and Christmas morning at my grandmother’s side, learning the secrets behind her legendary cornbread stuffing and perfectly spiced pumpkin pie. She taught me that cooking isn’t just about following recipes—it’s about creating love you can taste.

After studying culinary arts at Johnson & Wales, I worked in fine dining restaurants across the East Coast. But every holiday season, I’d return home to cook the traditional family recipes that first ignited my passion. I realized my heart belonged to comfort food and celebration cooking, not just haute cuisine.
