Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath and let cool completely.
  2. Gently crack the shells and peel under running water for easier removal.
  3. Slice each egg lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks, placing them in separate bowls for each flavor variation.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for the classic variation. Mix until smooth.
  5. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, smoked paprika, onion powder, and crumbled bacon for the smoky bacon variation. Mix until well combined.
  6. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, and ground nutmeg for the cranberry mustard variation. Blend until creamy.
  7. Use a spoon or piping bag to fill each egg white with its corresponding yolk mixture.
  8. Sprinkle paprika on the classic eggs, chives on the smoky bacon eggs, and parsley on the cranberry mustard eggs.
  9. Arrange the eggs on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
