  • 1 cup (220 g) packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature

  • 2 cups (340 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars using an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
