Pumpkin Spice White Russian

  • 1 ounce Kahlúa or coffee liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice mix
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: cinnamon, whipped cream, or cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes to keep your drink chilled.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 ounces of vodka, 1 ounce of Kahlúa, and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree.
  3. Sprinkle in 1/4 teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix. Adjust to taste if you prefer it spicier.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into your prepared glass.
  6. Slowly pour 1 ounce of heavy cream over the top for a layered effect.
  7. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dollop of whipped cream for garnish.
