  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 34 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 small green bell pepper (stem for decoration)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Crackers, veggies, or pretzels for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well blended and creamy.
  2. Scoop the cheese mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap. Gather the edges of the plastic wrap to form a ball, twisting it tightly at the top to create a firm shape.
  3. Use rubber bands or kitchen twine to create indentations around the cheese ball, mimicking the look of a pumpkin. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and gently roll the cheese ball in everything bagel seasoning until fully coated. Press lightly so it sticks.
  5. Cut the stem off a green bell pepper and place it on top of the cheese ball to complete the pumpkin look.
