A smoky, grilled charcuterie board packed with bold flavors, hearty bites, and crowd-pleasers, perfect for summer gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • Beef kebabs (marinated with your favorite spices)
  • Grilled bratwurst or sausages (spicy and mild)
  • Chicken wings or thighs (seasoned with smoky BBQ rub)
  • Sharp cheddar (cubed or sliced)
  • Smoked gouda
  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Grilled bell peppers (red, yellow, orange)
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Cucumber slices
  • Grilled zucchini or squash rounds
  • Assorted crackers (whole wheat, seeded, or gluten-free)
  • Fresh baguette slices (lightly toasted)
  • Pickles or olives
  • Mustards and BBQ sauces

Instructions

  1. Heat your grill to medium-high and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Season the beef kebabs, chicken wings, and other meats with marinades or rubs. Let them sit for 15-30 minutes while the grill heats up.
  3. Cook the beef kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill the chicken wings for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Sausages or bratwursts usually take 10-15 minutes. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer.
  4. Brush bell peppers, zucchini, and squash rounds lightly with olive oil. Grill them for 4-5 minutes per side until tender and slightly charred.
  5. Arrange the grilled meats and veggies on a large serving platter or board. Add cheeses, crackers, baguette slices, and extras like pickles and sauces around the edges.
  6. Serve the board fresh and warm, letting everyone dig in family-style.
