  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • Prepared cranberry sauce (whole berry recommended)
  • 1 large egg, beaten (optional for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface. Cut into 12 equal squares, roughly 3 inches by 3 inches.
  3. Press each square into the muffin tin cups, gently folding the edges to create a bowl shape.
  4. Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup, centering it for even melting.
  5. Add a spoonful (about 1 teaspoon) of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
  6. Optional: Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Carefully lift each bite out of the muffin tin.
