Tender turkey breast wrapped in crispy bacon, glazed with sticky maple syrup, and baked to perfection for a sweet-and-savory treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb turkey breast, boneless and skinless, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 12 slices thin bacon
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or place a wire rack on top.
  2. Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized chunks, about 1-2 inches each. Season them with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Wrap each turkey chunk with a slice of bacon, overlapping slightly. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
  4. In a small bowl, mix maple syrup and brown sugar until combined. If desired, add a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat.
  5. Generously brush the maple glaze over each bacon-wrapped turkey bomb, ensuring every piece is coated.
  6. Place the bombs on the prepared baking sheet or wire rack. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the bacon is crispy and the glaze is caramelized.
  7. Remove the bombs from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Remove toothpicks before serving.

Notes

[‘Thin bacon crisps better and wraps more easily around the turkey.’, ‘Use toothpicks to keep the bacon secure and make flipping easier during baking.’, ‘Watch the glaze closely during the last few minutes of baking to prevent burning.’, ‘Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.’]
