Ingredients

  • Pre-cooked spiral ham, sliced
  • Fresh or canned pineapple, diced into small chunks
  • Pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
  • Tomato sauce or marinara
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×18 inches). Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread an even layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by pineapple chunks, and then the spiral ham slices.
  5. Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight spiral. Pinch the edges to seal the roll.
