Instructions

  1. Brew strong coffee or espresso and let it cool completely. Stir in 1/4 cup whiskey and 1 tablespoon honey. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup mascarpone cheese, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat 1 cup heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined and smooth.
