  • 2 cups Coca-Cola (regular, not diet)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pop rocks candy (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut-side down.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine Coca-Cola, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and garlic powder. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
