  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut it into small, bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large bowl, drizzle the florets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding.
  5. Roast the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and slightly crispy.
