Crisp slices of tart green apples layered with gooey caramel sauce, drizzles of melted chocolate, and topped with crunchy nuts—this quick and easy dessert is perfect for fall gatherings or cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts or pecans
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and thinly slice the Granny Smith apples. Arrange them in a single layer on your serving platter.
  2. Heat the caramel sauce in the microwave for 20–30 seconds to make it easier to drizzle.
  3. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the warm caramel sauce over the apple slices, followed by the melted chocolate.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, and sprinkles (if using) over the top. Add a pinch of sea salt for a flavor boost.
  6. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

To prevent apples from browning, toss them in a mixture of lemon juice and water before assembling. Warm caramel and chocolate slightly for smooth drizzling but avoid overheating.
