Ghost White Chocolate Strawberries

Ghost White Chocolate Strawberries - featured image

Glossy white chocolate-dipped strawberries with spooky ghost faces—perfect for Halloween parties or a fun family activity.

Ingredients

  • Fresh strawberries
  • White chocolate (chips or bar)
  • Coconut oil (optional)
  • Dark chocolate or edible markers

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel. Ensure they are completely dry.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips or chopped bar in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-second increments, stirring after each, until smooth. Add a teaspoon of coconut oil if needed for smoother consistency.
  3. Hold each strawberry by the green stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate. Swirl to coat evenly, leaving the top uncovered. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
  4. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let them set completely. Speed this up by placing the tray in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Melt a small amount of dark chocolate and transfer it to a piping bag or zip-top bag with a tiny corner snipped off. Draw two small dots for eyes and an oval or squiggly mouth for each ghost. Alternatively, use edible food markers to draw the faces directly onto the white chocolate.
  6. Allow the ghost faces to harden for another few minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to avoid chocolate clumping. Experiment with ghost faces for added personality.
