Instructions

  1. Wash the cranberries thoroughly and pat them dry. Using a food processor, pulse them until finely chopped. Transfer them to a mixing bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the granulated sugar over the cranberries and stir to combine. Let this mixture sit for 15 minutes to draw out the juices and mellow the tartness.
