Adorable Santa Hat Strawberry Cheesecake Bites with vibrant strawberries, creamy cheesecake filling, and fluffy whipped cream—perfect for holiday parties.

  • Fresh Strawberries (medium-sized, bright red, firm texture)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (full-fat, softened)
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Mini Graham Cracker Crusts or Cookie Bases

Instructions

  1. Wash and pat dry the strawberries. Cut off the green leaves and slice a small section off the tip to create a flat surface for the whipped cream pom-pom. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Place mini graham cracker crusts or cookie bases on a serving tray. Pipe a small dollop of cheesecake filling onto each base as the foundation.
  5. Carefully place a prepared strawberry on top of each dollop, pressing gently to secure it.
  6. Using a piping bag fitted with a small round tip, pipe a ring of whipped cream around the base of each strawberry to resemble the fur trim of a Santa hat. Add a tiny dot of whipped cream to the tip of each strawberry to complete the pom-pom.
  7. Refrigerate the bites for at least 15 minutes to allow the filling to set before serving.
