Instructions
- Prepare the Red Layer: Combine cherry Jello mix with 1 cup of boiling water in a mixing bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup vodka, stirring gently. Pour into shot cups, filling them 1/3 of the way. Refrigerate for 1 hour until set.
- Make the White Layer: Sprinkle 2 packets of unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Whisk in sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup vodka. Let cool to room temperature, then pour over the set red layer, filling cups another 1/3 of the way. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Prepare the Blue Layer: Combine Berry Blue Jello mix with 1 cup boiling water in a mixing bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/2 cup vodka, stirring gently. Pour over the set white layer, filling cups to the top. Chill for at least 2 hours until completely firm.
