Instructions

  1. Wash and boil the baby potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
  2. Cut each potato in half and set aside.

  5. Prepare Herbed White Gravy: Melt butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour and milk, cooking until thickened. Stir in chopped rosemary and parsley.
  6. Prepare Spicy Tomato Gravy: Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Add garlic, chili flakes, and smoked paprika. Stir in tomato puree and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Prepare Cheese Gravy: Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in shredded cheddar and mustard powder until smooth.
  8. Divide the halved potatoes into five bowls, one for each flavor combination.
