These cranberry Brie bites combine gooey melted Brie, tangy cranberry sauce, and buttery phyllo cups for a festive and easy holiday appetizer that disappears seconds after hitting the table.

Ingredients

  • Pre-made phyllo cups
  • Brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • Cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Optional toppings: fresh rosemary, crushed pecans, honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the Brie into small cubes, roughly 1 inch each.
  3. Place the phyllo cups on the baking sheet. Add one cube of Brie to each cup, followed by a teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
  4. Add optional toppings such as crushed pecans, fresh rosemary, or a drizzle of honey.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the Brie is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let the bites cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Don’t overfill the cups with cranberry sauce to avoid overflow. Use room temperature Brie for easier cutting and even melting. Keep an eye on the phyllo cups while baking to prevent overbrowning.
