A creamy wheel of brie baked to perfection, topped with spiced apple butter, crunchy pecans, and a drizzle of honey—perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (812 ounces)
  • 1/4 cup apple butter
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • Honey, for drizzling
  • Crackers or bread, for serving
  • Optional garnish: Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unwrap the wheel of brie and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Do not remove the rind.
  3. Spoon the apple butter over the top of the brie, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pecans evenly over the apple butter and press gently.
  5. Drizzle honey across the top for added sweetness.
  6. Bake the brie for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter using a spatula.
  8. Optional: Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme.
  9. Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or apple slices.

Notes

Let the brie sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before baking for even melting. Use high-quality apple butter for the best flavor.
